How many reusable pairs do I need?+
Most women start with 3–5 pairs to comfortably cover a full cycle with washing in between.
How do I wash them?+
Rinse in cold water after wear, machine wash on cold, and hang to dry. No fabric softener or bleach.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?+
Yes — the lining is organic cotton, dye-free, and dermatologist tested.
Can I swim in them?+
Our menstrual underwear is designed for daily wear, not swimming. Swim-specific pairs are on our roadmap.
